TERMS & POLICIES

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

• All of your payments to J&J Travel Co. and Breathless Destination are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

• A valid passport/DL/ TrueID is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.

• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

• Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.

• Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee.

• Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.

• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

• Send late payment requests in writing to info@breathelssdestination.com.

• You are responsible to keep J&J Travel and Breathless Destination informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.

TRIP LOGISTICS

• What are the departure and return times for the trip?
  Buses will depart at 11 AM on Friday, July 25, 2025 and return on sunday, July 28, 2025 around 8 PM to Philadelphia, PA!

• How long will we be in Baltimore?
  You will have 3 days/2 nights to enjoy everything Baltimore has to offer – from fun/leisure time to the food, Inner Harbor, shopping, parties, and the Big Seafood Feast festivities!

• Where is the pick-up location?
  Pick-up locations will be near Philadelphia, PA 19129 area. The exact locations will be announced 2 weeks before departure.

• Will we be able to park our cars?
  Yes, there is a self-paying parking lot available. We highly encourage drop-offs or using rideshare services for convenience. Breathless Destination is not responsible for vehicles parked at pick-up locations.

ACCOMMODATIONS & ELIGIBILITY

• Is hotel accommodation included?
  Yes, accommodations are included with Full Package tickets, along with breakfast.

• Is this event kid-friendly?
  This trip is strictly for adults, 21 years and older. A valid ID is required for entry onto the motorcoach.

• Will there be a meetup in Baltimore, MD?
  Yes! We are planning a special Breathless meetup in Baltimore. Stay tuned as we finalize the details.
