SMS/Text Message Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

J&J Travel Co. d/b/a Breathless Destination ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") offers an SMS/text message program (the "Program") that allows users to receive marketing messages, promotional offers, alerts, and other communications via text message.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By opting into the Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Breathless Destination at the mobile telephone number you provided at opt-in. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Types of Messages

Subscribers to our Program may receive the following types of messages:

  • Promotional offers on travel packages, retreats, and destination experiences

  • Exclusive travel alerts and flash sales

  • Booking confirmations and trip reminders

  • Event invitations and travel tips

  • Destination inspiration and community updates

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 4-6 marketing messages per month. The actual number of messages may vary based on your interaction with us, seasonal promotions, and active bookings with our Company.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you receive will depend on the frequency outlined above. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

6. How to Opt-In

You may opt into the Program by:

  • Texting a keyword to our designated phone number or short code

  • Submitting your mobile phone number through our website opt-in form

  • Providing your mobile number at the time of booking

  • Signing up in person at one of our events or locations

7. How to Opt-Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by texting any of the following keywords to the number from which you receive messages:

  • STOP

  • END

  • CANCEL

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • QUIT

After texting one of these keywords, you will receive a one-time confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-opt into the Program.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect any other forms of communication you have opted into, such as email communications.

The Program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including:

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and service may vary by carrier and location.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Information We Collect

When you subscribe to the Program, we collect your mobile phone number and may collect additional information such as your name, email address, or other details you voluntarily provide.

10.2 How We Use Your Information

We use your mobile phone number and related information to:

  • Send you text messages as described in this document

  • Process and confirm your travel bookings

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve our services and user experience

  • Comply with legal obligations

11. Age Requirement

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM.

  • The CAN-SPAM Act

  • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices

  • Applicable state and federal laws
